Free 15-Minute Consultation
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to give you the opportunity to ask questions and, most importantly, to determine whether we're a good fit. During this conversation, we'll discuss what has brought you to therapy, your goals, and how I may be able to support you on your journey.
Your First Session
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll explore what brings you to therapy, your personal history, and the relationships and experiences that have shaped your life. Together, we'll identify your goals and begin creating a personalized plan to guide our work together.

As a Registered Social Worker, my services are often covered by extended health benefit plans. I offer direct billing to many insurance providers, including Canada Life. If direct billing is not available through your plan, payment can be made by e-transfer or credit card at the time of your session.
A receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If your sessions are not covered by insurance, receipts can also be retained for income tax purposes.
