I’m a Registered Social Worker, Mom of 3, and a compassionate therapist.
I understand that life can be both beautifully rewarding and deeply challenging, and I'm here to help you navigate it with confidence, understanding, and care.
Therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely cares.
Hi! I’m Jessica.
I’m a psychotherapist with over 15 years experience supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments. Throughout my career in community mental health and crisis services, I’ve worked alongside individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma and overwhelming stress. My goal has always been the same: to help people feel heard, understood and supported.
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely cares - someone who will listen without judgement, helps you make sense of what you’re experiencing and works with you to find practical strategies that fit your life. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether your feeling stuck, overwhelmed or simply looking for a space to grow, we’ll take things one step at a time, together.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I understand that no two people are the same, which is why I focus on building a trusting relationship where you feel safe to be yourself. Together, we’ll celebrate your strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

Outside of Session
Outside of the therapy space, you'll often find me spending time in nature, walking my dog, or working out at the gym. I'm passionate about health and fitness, and I value the balance that comes from staying active and connected to the outdoors. These interests help me stay grounded and bring a sense of mindfulness and well-being into both my personal life and my work.
